After an initial consultation and walk-through of your residence, I would prepare a customized, Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine the fair market value of your home. The CMA is professionally prepared and very extensive. It is primarily based on comparable homes that are currently on the market (competing) or recently sold. This report would be of no cost to you.

There are many factors to consider for getting your property sold at the best price, quickly and with minimum hassle. I will ensure your property is marketed well to maximize its exposure to other real estate agents and the public. When you do receive offers on your home, I will help you objectively evaluate every buyer’s proposal without compromising your goals.
