Paul Hazzard standing

Prior to becoming a licensed REALTOR® and joining Royal LePage Coast Capital Realty of Victoria BC, Paul Hazzard worked in the Marketing and Communications industry as a professional Graphic Designer. Previous employers include advertising agencies, newspapers, magazines, and public relations firms. More recently, he worked for various land developers around the Greater Victoria area. For decades, he has either worked directly or indirectly with the real estate industry.

“I feel that my proven promotional talents provide an invaluable edge for my real estate clientele”, says Hazzard. “Years of marketing experience have enabled me to cut through to the facts and highlight the key attributes of a home.”

Clients also reap the benefits of other advantages such as professional photography. “Photography is important.” says Paul. Interior and exterior photos should be taken when the lighting is at its best to be able to show the home well. With proper staging and the correct lighting, the end result can be extraordinary. When lighting is not at its best, the image can be adjusted in Photoshop. Each image must do the property justice.” says Paul.

Above all, he believes that customer service is the utmost important factor when dealing with the public. “Prompt, thoughtful, courteous and professional service goes a long way.” he says. “I can always be reached by mobile phone or email.”
